Tiffany Trenda Debuts Precious Data Series Presented by Liquid Art System at Art Miami 2025
Miami, FL – December 2–7, 2025 – Liquid Art System is proud to present Tiffany Trenda’s latest contemporary work, Precious Data 1, 2, & 3, at Art Miami 2025. This striking series of mixed media works (acrylic and gold leaf on canvas, 44 1/4 × 44 1/4 × 2 in., framed) interrogates the evolving systems of value that define our contemporary world.
For centuries, materials such as gold and marble symbolized wealth, status, and desire. In Precious Data, Trenda positions personal data—searches, clicks, gestures, and digital traces—as the modern equivalent of these historical currencies. Through layered paint, gold, and AI-generated interventions, she visualizes how value is transformed, and how identities are quantified, reshaped, and circulated as assets.
Gestures of covering, gilding, and obscuring shows throughout the work, revealing the invisible processes behind modern commodification. Precious Data challenges viewers to reconsider what is truly precious in a world where identity exists simultaneously as material and market.
